This month I am featuring my Cedar Cooking Planks in two sizes. The original plank measures 9 inches by 16.5 inches. The larger family/restaurant sized plank is 25% larger, measuring 11.5 inches by 18 inches. A book with the history, instructions, care and cleaning, plus a couple of starter recipes is included with each Plank. I hope you are enjoying your current plank.
